This piece captures one of those blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moments, a fragment of everyday life frozen in time.
From a third-floor view, somewhere in Arzobispo Meriño street, around La Zona Colonial of Santo Domingo, I see a motorcyclist riding down the street, a basket with an empty Coca-Cola bottle strapped to the back, probably in the middle of a delivery. Just as the camera clicks, he turns his head, maybe someone called out to him, or maybe he simply forgot to grab something.
That turn of his head and the pause in motion give this ordinary scene something special, a quiet reminder that it’s a unique image, one that will never happen in quite the same way or place again.
El Delivery is printed on a 20″ x 20″ premium cotton canvas and set in a floating frame that enhances the piece with a clean, gallery-style finish that’s ready to hang and enjoy.
This is a Limited Edition piece, only 3 will be produced, each one is carefully hand-embellished and personally signed, making each artwork truly one of a kind.
